The most important safety indicators for tanks are the corrosion and peeling of the surface coating process, which can cause serious erosion of the substrate. To meet the needs of safety, precision, and labor-saving, we have developed industrial equipment suitable for carbon steel materials that can measure wall thickness and film thickness. It is also combined with AIOT to become a new tool for data-based and automated two-in-one inspection.
Through robotics development and iterative improvement, we conducted experiments using robots to carry different modules to test water-jetting and coating on various targets, such as wind turbines or steel bridges. The application of integrated automated vehicles has huge commercial potential.
