Using the ocean, fish and humanity as design elements, we created a sustainable green building, namely Anyo Museum, which is integrated into the surrounding mountain environment.
•Anyo Museum was rated as a Diamond-grade Green Building in 2018 and 2023 by the Ministry of the Interior, R.O.C. (Taiwan).

Santé Premium Perch Essence is good for many kinds of people. To produce Santé Premium Perch Essence, only perch with traceability are selected to ensure safety. To keep the fish as fresh as when they were freshly caught, Anyong adopts the high-tech Cells Alive System (CAS) technology from Japan to freeze the perch so that their cell tissues are intact after thawing and their nutrients are preserved. The CAS technology uses electromagnetic fields and mechanical vibrations to make the water clusters in the cells of the perch vibrate and therefore, prevent ice crystal formation that destroys the cell membranes and the food texture.
Anyong uses unique scientific methods to extract the perch and converts the fish protein into small molecules of amino acids so that our perch essence is more easily absorbed by the body and can quickly nourish the drinkers. Moreover, our essence contains 18 amino acids, 8 essential amino acids, high-quality proteins and collagen.
Santé Premium Perch Essence is manufactured in the HACCP and ISO 22000 compliant factories. Its packages are made with food-level thermal films that pass heavy metal and plasticizer tests, so the pouches can endure the heat when being boiled or steamed.
Santé Premium Perch Essence has been tested by a third party, and there are no fats, cholesterol, antibiotics, plasticizers, flavoring agents, or any additives in it.
