1.Product Concept:
InBooking is a reservation management system to help our clients and store staff to make reservations, put customers into the waiting list, or lead customers directly to the seat. The system can be operated on multiple devices in real time as long as they connect to the same LAN. The system also allows WAN access, so that the system connected to the LAN can be used in sync on the cloud server.
2.Product Technical:
The system has four main functions.
1. Queue management page (for staff use): Control and management of queue and reservation. Operators can manage reservation, queue and number taking on this page.
2. Queue number taking page (for customer use: An independent page for customers to enter their phone number to join the queue. There is also a split screen for the current call number display.
3. Reservation page (shown on customer’s mobile phone): Customers make a reserveration on this page by selecting the date and table on their mobile phone.
4. Number display page (shown on a TV or a large tablet): A large TV screen at store entrance to display the current call number.
3.Product Target Group:
1. This system is suitable for different types of restaurants, such as Korean or Japanese restaurant, coffee shops, and etc.
2. The system is applicable to chain restaurants that offers either reservation or only on-site queuing. It can collect information from both reservation and on-site queuing and generates waiting numbers.
3. Some small restaurants have limited space but customers in a long waiting line, and the inbooking system is suitable for them. After taking a queue number, customers can leave and return after they receive a notification. The system help lower the operation difficulty for restaurants and save time for customers.
