1.Product Concept:
The UMT-7212 is a 21.5" full flat medical panel PC designed for hospital patient infotainment systems that can be deployed at the clinic, bedside or waiting area to provide clinical data, medical records management or simply infotainment. This slim, full-flat, multi-touch, fanless panel PC features an IP65 front panel waterproof protection against particles and water, and capacitive control keypads for power and brightness/volume settings. It supports 90V~240V AC and isolated Ethernet, and has additional I/Os and a PCI-E (x4) expansion slot for custom peripherals.
The EN60601-1 certified system offers a variety of installation options, enabling more convenient installations in wards, nursing stations or inspection centers to improve data access efficiency and optimize workflow. It is easy to clean and features a bezel-less design, an easy-to-read display, a responsive touch interface and a sealed enclosure to prevent liquid spillage and ensure continuous system operation.

The industrial grade UMT-7212 panel PC has been certified by the EN60601-1 medical standard - EN 60601-1: 2006 + A1: 2013(IEC 60601-1: 2012 reprint) and EN 60601-1-2:2015 (IEC 60601-1-2:2014). It is specially designed as a hospital patient system to provide clinical data or medical records management. This full-flat multi-touch fanless panel PC has IP65 front panel waterproof against dust and water. It comes with a capacitive control keypad for power, brightness, and volume settings. The system is powered by the 6th Gen Intel® Core® i5-6300U processor with 90V~240V AC, isolated Ethernet, extra I/Os, and one PCI-E (x4) expansion slot for customer-desired peripherals expansion. The 21.5" panel PC is easy to clean and has a borderless design, an easy-read display, a responsive touch interface, and a sealed enclosure that prevents liquid splashing, ensuring continuous system operation in medical environments.
3.Product Solution:
The UMT-7212 medical panel PC is designed for hospitals or clinics as a hospital patient system. It was developed for a wide variety of medical applications including integration into a nursing cart, point-of-care terminal, or patient bedside infotainment terminal. It can be installed at the bedside or in the waiting areas to provide clinical data, medical record management, or simply infotainment. The doctor can use it to display the medical records and know the latest status of the patient instead of showing the data on paper. In addition, the patient can play pre-installed games while waiting. To ensure operational safety in medical environments, it has passed EN60601-1, CE, FCC Class B, and LVD certifications.
