We offer a complete solution with multiple software and hardware services that can monitor the weight, activity level, respiratory diseases, stimulate the activity of poultry, and enhance biosecurity. By analyzing this data, we can further accurately feed, medicate, and provide disease warnings, making it easier and more immediate for farmers to monitor the health of their chicken flocks. iCHASE has developed the world's first AI poultry care system, dividing intelligent farming into three stages. Level 1 focuses on infrastructure, such as constructing chicken coops, feed bins, feed lines, water lines, and fans. Level 2 involves environmental sensing, including monitoring temperature, humidity, gases, and water. Level 3 advances to directly sensing the poultry themselves, providing information on weight, activity level, respiratory diseases, and more.
Currently, most major companies in the market are still focused on providing services for Levels 1 and 2. However, iCHASE has taken an early lead in Level 3 deployment. Considering the trend towards reduced labor or even unmanned farming in the future, Level 3 becomes an essential milestone. This is why we are dedicated to establishing a strong presence in this area, making chicken farming easier.

2.Professional products and comprehensive after-sales service:
To ensure consistent quality of every unit sold, we have signed mass production contract manufacturing agreements and modularized all equipment. In the future, whether for distribution or export, maintenance and servicing will be relatively convenient.

3.Global Export:
Currently, iCHASE serves a total of 700,000 chickens annually in Taiwan. This year, we will focus on expanding into two countries: Thailand and Australia. The reason for choosing these countries is that we have already identified local partners, and the customers in these regions have expressed interest in iCHASE's services.

Thailand is an excellent location for overseas market cultivation. Firstly, it is geographically close to Taiwan. Additionally, Thailand ranks as the 10th largest poultry farming country globally. Moreover, Thailand's Betagro, a major poultry company, has investments across Southeast Asian countries, making it the 6th largest chicken farming conglomerate in the nation. In 2024, we plan to expand our reach to Malaysia and Japan, followed by the United States the following year.
