The environmental control facility produces high-quality shiitake mushrooms that breathe fresh air within a sealed mushroom house equipped with a unique ventilation system. There is no need to worry about pesticide contamination from neighboring farms, reducing the interference of outdoor pests and diseases. The facility uses reverse osmosis pure water to effectively prevent bacterial reproduction and heavy metal pollution in the water source.
The environmental control design uses the best technology and tools to mimic the temperature differences of high-altitude climates day and night. The humidity and carbon dioxide balance is adjusted and maintained according to the different growth stages of the shiitake mushrooms, and the growth hours are strictly controlled to ensure that each mushroom grows in the most ideal environment and has enough time to absorb nutrients. This makes the shiitake mushrooms meaty, richer aroma and chewy.
Our shiitake mushrooms are grown and hand-picked by experienced mushroom cultivators, using the highest quality mushroom strains and green cultivation technology that does not use chemicals.
