And all the story starts from 1989. at that time, our founder recognized that waterproofing systems in Taiwan often failed.

2. Company Overview :
In 1989, when Plimates was founded, the market is filled with solvent based toxic materials.
We took the road less traveled — focusing on water-based, non-toxic, odorless, and ESG-friendly waterproofing solutions. For the expanding demands, we have 3 plants in Benzhou Industrial Zone, taking upto 18300m2.
Headquarter is in Kaonsiung, to serve the customer efficiently, we establish the office in the north and the mid of Taiwan.All branch offices and factories were constructed entirely with our own funds, without any external financing.
We are ISO9001 certified since 2009 and ISO14001 since 2021.
We also acquired the Green building material labels in 2014 and 2017.
From Year 2024 to 2026, we are honored by 3 Taiwan excellence awards, which are equivalent to the Oscar of Taiwanese products. In 2025, we also reward by the ISO14064-1 Carbon footprint vertified.
We have our own labtory and since we have the high market share so we have a good position to view the market demans and compels us to develop innovative waterproofing products.
3. Well-know projects and oversea market
We have well-known projects such as ASUS, Foxconn, DELTA ,TSMC, ACER, Novotel, SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, Taiwan Office of the President, National Theater&Concert Hall, 2024 Stat- Banquet-Hotel, and Taiwan No.1 University.
We're expanding our oversea market to India Nestle, Unilever, HK Marriot, Cambodia Norman, Guinew Kakimbo Towers, Thailand BKK-NDC Industrial and Viet Nam HCM-BW Industrial Zone. From 2025, we were in the "Architct EXPO" in BKK as exhibitor and it enhanced Plimates to build up our brand from local to global. Through the local market experiences enhanced, we're entrusted our ability to serve more international customers with competitive waterproofing.
