Recycled photovoltaic panel glass is a recovered material generated from the recycling of end-of-life solar modules. The process includes junction box removal, aluminum frame removal, glass separation, and particle-size screening to obtain reusable glass material. This solution focuses on establishing a practical downstream outlet for the recovered glass fraction and improving the recovery value of waste PV panels. The recycled glass is currently being evaluated for downstream use in Taiwan, including additive use in engineered materials, as a partial raw material for engineered quartz stone products, or for reuse by glass manufacturers as recycled glass feedstock.
