The conception of product: 100% MIT commercial rice cooker made of stainless steel, removable pressurized lid, and non-sticker inner pot with huge capacity (30-cup uncooked rice or 60-cup cooked rice). With great thermal conductivity and heat convection, the rice cooker is able to keep the rice warm, humid, tender and chewy. The operation is as simple as one-touch and it is easy to clean as well.
